How to get Deep, Clear and Heavy Voice with Modulation


INSTRUCTION:
1.      Confidence: talk to person not to his/her position/gender etc.
2.      Pronunciation.
3.      Sitting Posture: Straight.
4.      Standing Posture: Straight (check by standing with wall and walk few steps & check).
5.      Avoid Nose: Practice speaking with your nose closed.
6.      Speak from Chest: Voice needs to vibrate in chest.
7.      Talk and Read (books/newspapers like news readers loudly) loudly lonely and self-training in front of Mirror.
8.      Practice by talking friends/ family member assuming he/she is standing twice to the actual distance (for volume).
9.      Gargling with hot water mixed with salt.
10.    Always take hot water rather cold water.

HEAD EXERCISE:
11.    Stretching: Moving head left and right.

BREATHE EXERCISE:
12.    Shoulder at relaxed position: Shoulder exercise- twisting towards front and back side.
13.    Pronunciation: Exercise of Zzzzzzzz…… for pronunciation and base in voice.
14.    Deep Breathing...
(a).    Anulom-vilom in morning in sitting posture;
(b).    Pranayam or Long breathing (take and release deeply for 15 minutes in morning);
(c).    Breathe deeply: while breathing stomach should come out and shoulder must be relaxed (check breathing while lying).
15.    Take deep breathe and start counting without releasing (count 1 to ….. 15 …… with seconds).

THROAT EXERCISE:
16.    Ulool-Julool Exercise: twisting tongue, throat etc.
17.    Tilt Neck backward and say ‘King-Kong’, Ping-Pong’, Ding-Dong’ in ‘NORMAL’ voice, slightly DEEPER and DEEPEST (it will boost depth of your voice).
18.    For Clarity and Modulation of voice: Singh Aasan (3 to 4 times):
(a).          Sit in Namaaz position and widen your knees;
(b).         Bow to front and put your hand on earth and keep your fingers inside;
(c).          Take tongue out at maximum;
(d).         Stretch throat at maximum by moving head upward;
(e).          Look at eyebrow center by both eyes; and
(f).           Sound like ‘Aaaaaaah’ (Roaring lion) by taking full breathe.
19.    Humming: Hmmmmmm……..
20.    Exerciser of Om (+/+):
(a).    Practice voicing by using lower throat (), middle throat (/) and nose ();
(b).    Practice in increasing length in controlled manner (practice of holding breathe) of breathing.

JAW EXERCISE:
21.    Open throat and Jaw Exercise: Open mouth at maximum and sound like aaa…., aaaaa…..,aaaaaaa….. with sound variations like Sa, Re, Ga, Ma, Pa, Dha, Ni, Sa with low and high volume, slow and fast speed but not beyond the limit.

IMPORTANT TIPS:
22.    Pronunciation: Work on pronunciation and speak correct words.
23.    Enunciation: Speak clearly without stammering, break etc.
24.    Volume Tone: Speak clear and loud. (Not much loud/low)
25.    Intonation: Feelings must be carried with your words.
26.    Speed: Not too fast, not too slow. (depends upon time)
