How to get Ration by Government and Affidavit form for free Ration
In
the time of this Pandemic, all States and UTs in India are trying to get rid of
such situation by providing all possible means and facilities to its citizen. It
is important to discuss that all those citizen who have Ration Card can get
Ration by Government but all those who have no Ration Card have been given
opportunity to get Ration etc.
Some
of States like Delhi are asking its citizen to apply online for Ration Card and
get a Coupon Number for the Family Members.
Some
of the States like Kerala are saying that the families do not have cards will
get Ration by submitting an affidavit of elder member of the family to the
dealer concerned.
Here
we are providing format of the said Affidavit:
TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN
AFFIDAVIT FOR NOT HAVING RATION CARD
I, …………. S/o ……………….aged about ………. years residing at ……………………….,
do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows:
1. That
I am the eldest member of my family, and am duly authorized to depose by way of
the instant Affidavit. I am fully conversant with the facts of the instant fact
and able to depose in regard to the same.
2. That the Deponent is
holding Ration Card neither in his/her name nor in the name any member of
his/her family due to the reason that (state reason).
3. That the Deponent
belongs to a poor family and does not have any source for survival during this
pandemic. In such as situation, you are requested to provide Ration for free of cost.
4. That the facts stated
in paras 1 to 3 above are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and
belief.
